Back in Vancouver

Well I have not posted in a bit. Exams and such make for a busy life.

I have been working for the past couple weeks for a construction company.
Other then that I have not been doing very much. I spend the time I am not working sitting around doing nothing reading a book usually. Well thats the low down.

I am doing nothing. I got nothing to do.

Okay so I am a week past reading break.

I spent my past week writing and rewriting papers.

I am currently finishing up a paper on, "women in church ministry".

Papers are not my most favourite thing to write in the world.

But I found this one interesting. People have such different views on this subject.

I would love to hear some of your views.

If you have the time email me at thekdguy@hotmail.com and answer the question.

Do you think women should be involved in church ministry? Why or Why Not?

Should they be in Lead pastor roles? Why or Why Not?

answer any other questions you can think of...

I have written some book reports so far. A paper on Paul's Christology, and a paper on Pre-Maritial Sex. Some interesting topics to write on. If your interested in reading my findings send me an email and I will you a copy of the paper.

Sheep 1 Me 0...

Well I am safely back from reading break and such.

Sheep tagging is something I never expected to do. Yet I assisted or at least tried to assist tag the sheep. What you have to do is sort of pin the sheep than hold it still as it gets its ear tag. I am still unsure of how to do it. I had a lot of trouble trying to get those sheep on the ground or pinning them.

So I ended up standing on the side keeping them from going out through chute.
Fine rancher I would make. Cant even beat a little ol' sheep. Anyway that was my weekend experience with sheep.

What????????!!

OK There are a lot rumors going around!!

I will not name names here. But I was asked by a couple people who I got married to (MIKEandANGE). Do not believe all your sources, I am not married. If anyone knows otherwise please inform me, and let me know who to.

Being left in the Dark is rather unfair in situations like this.

To answer the question people have asked my mother {Yes I still talk with my parents some times...} or emailed me.

Did he find anyone?

If referring to other people.
Well sure I guess I found 400 people I have never met before and counting.

If referring to a girlfriend or something like that.
Defiantly not as such yet.

Do you have anyone special?

Of course who doesn't.

Who are your friends?

I have friends???? really....

What do you spend the most time doing?
Homework
What do you do to pass the time?
Homework

What do you do for fun?

Homework

What do you have the most fun doing?

homework... No wait um... uh.....

Homework..

Email any other questions to me I will answer them eventually.

Internet?? Whats That???

The Internet....
A sometimes useful item...

Makes it self even more usful when writing papers, and figuring out what else profs would like done or suggest that you read. Spending a whole weekend trying to get a signal strong enough to use is not fun at all. Now that staff in the technologies department are back on campus, after a weekend of no internet. The system is now finally reset, I can finally use the internet again!!!

Otherwise I had a fairly productive weekend. Finished all my non-internet based homework.
I am now just starting my internet based homwork. Updates to come later...

Tired and confused or somthin like that.

Things are just going by one step at a time. makeing it through papers and other stuff slowly. Spending time wondering what am I actually going to do when I get out of school.
What does life hold for me in the future? I wish I knew know. There is many things I wish I know. So many things I wish could do and say, but at this point I cant do anything. Could type more, but I am basically writting to say I am still alive.
Well back to homework.

Being Homeschooled

For those of you who do not know me I have been Homeschooled my whole life.

There are some misconceptions I have heard about homeschoolers.

One of them being Homeschoolers do not make it to college.

Interesting statement. Um, guys I am a homeschooler and I am in College taking aviation courses.

Two Homeschoolers are shut ins.

Ok, if you say so. How many of you have gone rock climbing. Climbed a 600 foot crack. Gone whitewater canoeing for a week and a half covering 150 miles.

That's just two of which I have to comment on.

I was asked to answer the following questions.

How Long were you Homeschooled?

I have been homeschooled since I was... Well lets just say for as long as I can remember.

Did you ever wish you weren't?

Let me ask you this question did you ever wish you did not have to be in school? Of course you have. Its the same with homeschooling. There is that perfect day outside or something you would really like to be doing. Instead of being inside. So to answer that question yes I wished sometimes I was not homeschooled.

What was being a homeschooler like?

It was Normal. Well at least to me. Sometimes it was distracting especially with little siblings running around.

What was your favourite part?

My favourite part was being able to go play. During the school year when it snowed I was able to go enjoy it before it melted or started raining. Which was cool considering in Vancouver we never get snow.

What was your least favourite part?

Was all the writing.

If anyone has anymore questions email them to me or comment on this blog or whatever else you want to do.

(This Blog is another that is being blamed on my mother and whoever put her up to asking me)

A Fathers Love

My Mother recently sent me this link.
http://cjcphoto.com/can/ Do not click it yet.
It is about boy and his father. I know my father loves me.
But as I read this guys story and what his dad went through.
I reflected on my life sure I admit I was not the best kid in the world.
I did some pretty stupid things. But if it was not for my fathers love, and his ability to explain things to me. I probably would not be the person I am today. I am sorry I did not figure out sooner that my Dad is usually always right.
I know that he would do whatever he could to make my life the best it can be.
If I was in the same position as the kid in this movie. I am dead sure my dad would do the same thing. So thanks for being there for me dad.
You got me to where I am now. If it was not for you and mom pushing me through life.
I would probably be a high school drop out. Working at some cheapo job somewhere.
I love you dad. Thanks for being there for me, and for pushing me through life.

alright now you can click on the link.

Alright they figured it out!!

I love reading. I do not mind the research.

So giving me books is fine. Asking me to research something

But all the writing!!
I rather dislike all that writing. In fact if it was not for my mother (sorry mom but I need to blame someone) I would not even be writing this blog thing.

Well I have distracted myself from writing the other thing I should be writing.

THEOLOGY here I come!!
